At Lake Champlain Chocolates, we are fanatical about crafting only the best chocolate. We guarantee all orders purchased directly from us with proof of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your chocolates, simply contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. Our guarantee is valid on correctly addressed orders. To ensure proper delivery, please include the full street address, company name, apartment or suite number when applicable. We cannot offer refunds on orders where:

      • The wrong shipping address is provided
      • An incomplete shipping address is provided and prohibits delivery
      • Recipients are unavailable or refuse to accept their delivery

When an order is returned, it cannot be resold or reshipped due to the perishable nature of our chocolates. A replacement order of fresh chocolates is offered at a 20% discount. We do our best to ensure orders are delivered on the date selected during checkout, however the actual date of delivery may be impacted by UPS. Please be sure to allow for extra time, especially near holidays when weather and other delays may occur.


Didn’t purchase your chocolates through our website or our Vermont retail stores?

For a prompt replacement or refund, please contact the retailer where you purchased your chocolates. If you've contacted the retailer and aren't satisfied with their response, let us know. We'll work with you to solve the problem.
