Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup whole milk
- 2 1⁄4 oz dark chocolate chopped (we recommend our 57% Organic Dark Bar)
- 1 1⁄2 cups ice

Although we employ good manufacturing practices to minimize cross-contact, we do not guarantee any product is entirely free of minute traces of wheat, soy, tree nuts, or peanuts.
Instructions
- Put milk in a small pot. Over medium-high heat bring milk to just below a boil, while stirring constantly.
- Pour over chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Refrigerating for about 4 hours, until completely cool. (You can make this part a few days in advance.)
- When you’re ready to make the drink, stir the mixture throughly and pour over ice.
- For a decadent chocolate frappe, place the chocolate mix in a blender with a cup of ice and blend for about 30-45 seconds.
