The summer air is filled with love.  Maybe it's just the season, the constant phone calls for chocolate wedding favors, or because we had three members of our LCC family get married last month, but it feels like there has been an added abundance of Vermont weddings this year.  Planning a wedding can be amazing, but it can also be tedious and overwhelming.  There are just so many vendors to choose from and so many details to plan.  With all the talk of nuptials over the past couple of weeks, we decided to compile an unofficial best of Vermont wedding list.

Basin Harbor Club

Picking the right location can be difficult, after all your venue is the backdrop to your entire wedding. From rustic Vermont barn nuptials to dramatic slope-side soirees to picturesque garden ceremonies straight out of a fairy tale, Vermont offers an abundance of options.  Our top pick is the Basin Harbor Club in Vergennes, VT where you can watch the sunset across beautiful Lake Champlain as you say "I Do."  (After all, more than our fair share of LCC couples have been married at this iconic location.)

Sweet Simone's

Deep in the heart of Burlington's Old North End is Jane Frank's studio, WERKSTATT. At this quaint studio couples can bring old pieces of family jewelry and use it to design and handcraft their very own wedding bands.  (Not the craftiest person?
