15 Chocolate Recipes to Celebrate Fair Trade Month

If you are going to eat chocolate, isn’t it better to eat chocolate with a mission?! For the past 15 years, Lake Champlain Chocolates has worked to increase transparency in all of the ingredients that we source. This means not only looking for the freshest local ingredients, but making sure that the quality ingredients we source from around the world (such as cocoa) have been ethically and sustainably produced. It’s also why we have vigilantly worked at becoming a fair trade company. As of 2016, we are excited to announce that over 95% of the chocolate we use is fair trade certified!
