Hello!
My name is David Bolton and I am the Director of Product Development at Lake Champlain Chocolates. I have spent over 20 years exploring the art of creating the highest quality chocolates and still find the challenge as enjoyable today as I did when I started.
Whether you love eating chocolate, are curious about cooking with chocolate, or have some other chocolate interest, I would love to hear from you.
My goal is to share some of the information that we have gathered about chocolate and chocolate making here at LCC, and to make a place on this website where other chocolate lovers can contribute ideas and have some fun.
Please, take a moment to look around using the links on the upper left.
Feel free to contact me at connoisseur@lakechamplainchocolates.com

David's Background:
David opened Mary's Restaurant (named after his wife) in Bristol, Vermont and established a wide following among Vermont food connoisseurs by the time he sold it in the early 1980s. He has worked as a chocolatier for over 20 years.
David's Passion for Food: David speaks eloquently about taste combinations and the sensations one feels in one's mouth while eating and was recently featured in the book Candyfreak, as well as Reader's Digest. His creations have won awards from the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, the American Tasting Institute, and the American Institute of Wine & Food, among others. |
